About the Common Core Skills Course

• Certified course mapped to OFSTED Registration.
• Suitable to be presented to OFSTED as proof of your understanding of the Common Core Skills and Knowledge.
• A starter course for anyone considering a career in childcare and for those who are already working as childcarers.
• Taught in our virtual classroom via Zoom. We send you a unique login to join your class from a laptop, computer, tablet or phone*
• You are assessed informally throughout the day by the highly experienced Trainer.

*as this is a one-day course we recommend accessing the course on your laptop, computer or tablet as they have a bigger screen

Upon successful completion of your training course, you will receive an eCertificate – (OFSTED accepts eCertification). If you would also like a hard copy certificate, at the end of successful training or at a later stage – click this link to purchase one

About Paediatric First Aid 12hr (blended learning):

• An accredited Paediatric First Aid course (12 hours) taught by blended learning (6 hours eLearning and a classroom day)
• Certification valid for three years
• Suitable for OFSTED Registration
• Choose your classroom date when you will learn practical skills
• Complete your 6-hour eLearning module in advance of your classroom day by a pre-agreed deadline
• Our Paediatric First Aid classes are held in Bow, London E3, which is easy to reach by tube, 5 minutes walk from Mile End station and Bow road station Tube and DLR

About your DBS Check to Enhanced Level

•  We will send you a link to a trusted third party who can process your DBS and who will process your payment for the DBS or provide a link and advice to applying for your DBS via Ofsted. There is a separate charge for a DBS 
• You will be required to prove that you are allowed to work in the UK by your passport, share code or other recognised document, plus supply other documents to verify your current address

Paediatric First Aid 6 or 12 hours (by blended learning and Common Core Skills course can be booked separately.

Paying for your courses

• You can pay either by clicking on the booking link (once you are in the system you will have the opportunity to choose training dates or we will ask you when we receive your booking

• Prices on our website are inclusive of VAT

Our team will be in the office or available by phone from 10:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday.

I would recommend this course to anyone who is determined to approach their profession professionally, working with children of different ages. A very professional approach to the presentation of information, a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, an individual approach to each participant of the course, a friendly environment that allows each person to receive all the information at any level of knowledge.
